- Automatically split payments between agency fees and landlord payouts

- Track payments and generate financial reports
- Comply with client money protection (CMP) requirements
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
- Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date
4. Payment Processing
Letly processes payments through third-party payment processors. By using our payment services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable payment processing regulations
- Maintain appropriate client money protection insurance
- Ensure all transactions are legitimate and authorised
- Accept that payment processing fees may apply as disclosed in your service agreement
We are not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
5. Client Money Protection
Letly is designed to help you comply with UK client money protection (CMP) requirements. However, you remain responsible for:
- Maintaining appropriate CMP insurance coverage
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
- Proper segregation of client funds
- Accurate record-keeping and reconciliation
Letly provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee compliance or assume liability for regulatory breaches.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Letly platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are owned by Letly and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate legal basis and consent to process personal data of landlords, tenants, and other individuals through our platform.
9. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Letly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Breach any applicable laws or regulations
Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies and legal obligations.
